Can I install a larger system than my distributor allows?

Often, yes. Your distributor (Powercor in the Geelong area) limits how much power you can send to the grid, but you can usually install more panels than that and have the inverter cap your exports. The extra solar still powers your home, and a battery can store it instead of it going to waste. The distributor’s approval sets the final limits, and we handle that application for you.
