We lodged the Solar Victoria hot water rebate application for them, and it was approved in December 2025, before installation day. The Victorian Energy Upgrades discount was claimed as well.

What the homeowner wanted

A heat pump hot water system, with the rebate paperwork handled for them. The house has no driveway, so the system had to go down the side of the house, and the owners asked us to check the best position for the heat pump before installation day.

What we installed

A heat pump heats water by moving heat from the outside air into the tank, rather than heating it directly with an electric element, so it uses much less electricity to do the same job. Reclaim’s heat pumps use CO2 as the refrigerant.
