First I contacted them about solar panels which were installed in 2024. Then when the government rebate came in I went for a battery. At each step along the way, Velocity Solar staff have been full of clear information, and the backup is great when I have been unclear on anything to do with the product or procedure. I value that contact so much. It’s all been smooth, reasonably priced, efficient and friendly.
