Highly Recommend Brad and his team at Velocity Solar. We had an 8KW system installed by Velocity even though we had a couple of other cheaper quotes. We met Brad on site, after we had seen another company earlier and WOW the difference in knowledge and no bull professionalism was instantly noticeable.

We expressed concern at limitations in our area for Solar connections back to the grid and Brad immediately went back to his van, grabbed his laptop and checked the Powercor website advising us there and then we would be allowed access, submitted an application on our behalf for pre-approval, not listing Velocity as the installer stating we had the option to go with whoever we wanted. Brad when outlining available options walked around the property and then advised us of the best roof layout to get the most benefit from an 8KW Solar System. That’s service!!

The installation crew were also great guys to deal with which as another review said “Was a huge relief”. Brad sometimes takes a day or so longer than most would expect to reply to an online enquiry however you are always able to call him. If his phone goes to answer he always returns a call with straight forward no nonsense information and offers to jump in and help if things are looking a little daunting with energy suppliers. We are thinking of a battery addition somewhere down the track and will have no hesitation in contacting Brad again.
