Is there an ideal place for the solar inverter on the property?

The inverter must be installed to the manufacturer’s instructions and Australian Standards. The best spot is shaded and well ventilated, such as a garage wall or a wall out of the afternoon sun, because heat makes inverters work harder and lose efficiency. Most inverters and batteries are weatherproof and can go outside, but batteries have their own rules, for example not in living areas or under stairs. We recommend the best spot for your home at the site inspection.
