What the homeowner wanted
A solar and battery system large enough to cover the home’s daytime use, charge the battery, and carry the home through the evening with as little grid power as possible.
What we installed
- 35 x REC Alpha Pure-RX 450 W solar panels (15.75 kW)
- Sigenergy SigenStor 15 kW three-phase hybrid inverter
- SigenStor battery: 5 modules, 40.3 kWh in total
- Installed by our team: designed and installed by our installation team.

Results so far
From 1 January to 30 September 2026 the system generated 13,212 kWh of solar energy, and the battery discharged 2,835 kWh into the home.
Over the same nine months the home used 7,272 kWh and drew 939 kWh from the grid. That means about 87% of the home’s electricity came from its own solar and battery.
